The 20-room Mary Prentiss Inn near Porter Square has sold for $6.1 million after more than a year on the market.

The bed and breakfast occupies a two-story, 13,549-square-foot structure built in 1840 at 6 Prentiss St. in the Baldwin neighborhood. It was sold by the Forsythe Real Estate Trust to a Roxbury-based developer, according to a Tuesday report by the Bldup real estate tracking site.

Kamaiu Johnson won his first Advocates Pro Golf Association Tour of the season on Tuesday in Las Vegas.

Johnson shot 68-70 in the 36-hole tournament to finish at 4 under at TPC Las Vegas to edge Nyasha Mauchaza by a shot. Johnson’s final birdie on Tuesday came on the 14th hole and he parred out from there, including a clutch eight-footer on the final hole to avoid a playoff. Hilton forecasts firm recovery after swinging to profit on travel demand

July 29 (Reuters) – U.S. hotel operator Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc (HLT.N) swung to a quarterly profit on Thursday and forecast sustained growth in the second half of the year as leisure travel recovers on easing pandemic-related curbs.
